TITLE:3D Genome Structure Shapes the Recombination Landscape of Chromatin Features in Germline Stem Cell Development

ABSTRACT

High-throughput chromatin conformation capture (Hi-C) technology focuses on the nucleus, investigating the spatial relationships of chromatin throughout the entire genome, and obtaining high-resolution maps of chromatin regulatory elements' interactions, comprehensively elucidating chromatin's three-dimensional structure. Studying the recombination patterns of chromatin's three-dimensional structure during germline development aids in a deeper understanding of the transcriptional regulatory mechanisms of genes during its developmental process. The speaker mainly introduces the chromatin's higher-order structure unique to the female germline stem cells (FGSCs) and key regulatory factors through techniques such as Hi-C, ChIP-seq, and ATAC-seq, and outlines the patterns of chromatin's higher-order structural changes during FGSC development.
