TITLE:Research on RNA delivery mediated by programmable nucleic acid nanomaterials.
ABSTRACT:
A series of programmable nucleic acid-based universal vectors have been developed to address the bottleneck issue of delivering exogenous molecules in the field of plant biology. These vectors have successfully delivered siRNA to plant cells and exerted corresponding biological functions, overcoming the aforementioned bottleneck. Building upon this achievement, in-depth and systematic research has been conducted on the interactions between nanocarriers and plant tissues/cells. Two important factors influencing the effective entry of nanocarriers into plant cells have been elucidated. A novel mechanism for RNA delivery in plant systems has been discovered, providing theoretical basis and technical support for the design of nanocarriers in plant systems.
