主要研究内容:
课题组围绕茄科作物(番茄,马铃薯,烟草)与青枯菌分子互作展开工作,前期发现青枯菌通过分泌三型效应因子(T3E),抑制植物抗病反应,操纵植物代谢,重编程根部发育,从而壮大病菌种群及增加侵染点,最终使植物发病。
课题组现以茄科作物与青枯菌分子互作为研究模式,从茄科作物与病原细菌两个方面开展工作,核心回答茄科作物抗病机制解析及挖掘利用抗病基因这个重要问题。主要包括:
1、细胞壁主动参与抗病反应分子机制。
2、效应子蛋白操纵植物免疫及发育分子机制。
3、新型抗病受体蛋白挖掘及应用。

(1) 纤维素合成相关蛋白CSI1介导的植物细胞壁免疫机制研究,国家自然科学基金面上项目,2023.1-2026.12,主持;
